For sessions held via Zoom or other agreed platforms, please note:

  • Online communication is not 100% secure.

  • You are encouraged to review the privacy and security settings of the video platform.

  • We are not responsible for any breaches by third-party platforms.

  • We use Zoom for virtual sessions.

  • You need a webcam or smartphone.

  • Be in a quiet, private space, free from distractions.

  • Use a secure internet connection — avoid public Wi-Fi.

  • Have a backup plan (like a phone number) in case of technical issues. We will attempt reconnection for 5–10 minutes before potentially rescheduling or canceling.

  • Participants outside the UAE should call their local emergency services if in crisis or distress.
