  • Any payment dispute arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

  • The displayed payment and currency at the checkout page will be the same as on the transaction receipt; the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

  • “Nominated Person” refers to a person nominated by Shuddhaanandaa Brahmachari to assist in delivering sessions, with or without the Practitioner being present.

  • “Participant”, “You” and “Your” refer to you, the person engaging with our services.

  • “Sessions” include, but are not limited to: One-on-One Sessions, Family Sessions, Group Sessions, and any Customized Sessions requested by a participant.

  • You agree to communicate discomfort during sessions and take full responsibility for your physical and emotional responses.

  • We accept no responsibility for any personal decisions made based on information or guidance from the sessions.
