Our Heart of Compassion

Guided by empathy, lived practice, and deep reverence for nature, Debdutta Ray—fondly known as Didi—offers a grounded approach to mindfulness and breathing practices rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern psychological understanding. She has conducted numerous guided sessions for children and youth, helping them cultivate calm, emotional balance, and self-awareness through breath, presence, and connection with nature.
